Data Deletion Instructions

At StarCaster, we value your privacy and are committed to giving you full control over your personal data. If you have used Facebook to log into or interact with StarCaster and wish to delete your associated account data, you can request its deletion at any time.

Per Facebook's platform rules, you can choose to remove your user activities for StarCaster by following these steps:

Option 1: Request Deletion via Facebook Settings

• Go to your Facebook profile’s Settings & Privacy menu.
• Click on Settings, then navigate to Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
• Locate StarCaster in the list and click the Remove button next to it.
• (Optional) Check the box to delete all posts, videos, or events StarCaster may have published on your behalf, then click Remove again to confirm.

Option 2: Direct Deletion Request (Recommended)

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data stored by StarCaster, you can submit a direct request to our team:

• By Email: Send an email to support@starcaster.pro with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
• Required Information: Please include the email address associated with your account or your Facebook User ID so we can locate your information.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and permanently delete your profile information, historical app usage data, and any linked authentications from our active databases within 30 days.

Please Note: Some residual technical data (such as transaction records or anonymized system logs) may be retained for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
